ESG Training
At Oak, we believe that sustainability requires collective effort. That is why we are providing comprehensive training on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices to equip our people with the knowledge and skills to drive sustainable change and help Oak achieve its ESG goals.
Going Net Zero
Climate change is undeniably one of the most pressing global environmental challenges and is the main concern for our people. We are working with Durrell to not only balance our emissions, but to reach our net-zero goal. Our approach is to understand not only our direct emissions, but also those generated by our supply chain.
Durrell Rewild Project
We signed up to the Durrell Rewild Carbon initiative, a project to restore ecosystems and safeguard biodiversity. We have balanced our carbon emissions across all jurisdictions and supported our employees in balancing their own emissions through an innovative voluntary staff carbon balancing programme, allowing us all to contribute to a more sustainable future for the planet.
#PlasticBusters
For our most recent initiative, our people signed up #PlasticBusters which raises awareness about preserving natural habitats and keep our planet free from harmful litter. Our amazing colleagues stepped up, armed with gloves and determination, and hit the outdoors picking up litter wherever it was found.
