What can you expect from our Future Talent Programme?

Oak’s Future Talent Programme has been developed to offer a two-year rotational placement process. You will gain experience in Administration, Compliance, and Accounting during these two years with your final six months in a support function such as Marketing, Operations, IT, or business transformation.

We recognise that individuals acquire knowledge and skills in a variety of ways, which is why we offer bespoke training programmes that allow you to discover your true calling. Our teams will engage you in practical initiatives that will help you in gain an understanding of the corporate world and our culture.
