February 17, 2023 Jo Gorrod discusses the privacy of public registers

In the most recent issue of Aurigny En Voyage Magazine, the Managing Director of Jersey, Jo Gorrod, discusses an individual's financial privacy rights. 

She discusses the Court of Justice of the European Union's (CJEU) November ruling on public registers and how this has resulted in the Crown Dependencies requiring legal advice prior to implementing their stated intention of opening company registers to the public.
