March 25, 2022 Oak wins at Guernsey Design Awards

The Guernsey Design Awards promote distinctive, innovative, and environmentally responsible designs in the built environment of Guernsey. 

The event is held every two years and invites submissions from a broad spectrum of work. Once shortlisted, each submission is evaluated by a panel of architects, planners, builders, and arts professionals. 

The winners of the evening were recognised over eight categories, including: 

• Small Projects (up to £250k) 
• Single Residential Renovation / Extension 
• Residential New Build 
• Heritage 
• Commercial 
• People's Choice 
• Mitch Sneddon Award 
• Highly Commended 

Oak was delighted to have won the Commercial and People's Choice awards.  

We moved into Oak House in 2021 with the intention of demonstrating a fresh and innovative approach to clients, attracting the top applicants, and, most importantly, providing our people with a comfortable, flexible, and friendly work environment where all teams could engage socially.
