About Stephen

Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector. During that time, he has covered a wide range of client structures across debt and private equity, as well as overseeing reporting and administration services for Funds and SPVs across multiple regulated jurisdictions. He has held directorships on a variety of company and regulated fund boards in Jersey. 
 
Stephen holds a BA(Hons) degree in History from the University of Kent and is a Fellow of ACCA having completed his professional accountancy exams. 
 

Outside of work

Stephen is Treasurer and a Trustee of the Jersey Child Care Trust, a local charity supporting children in Jersey to get the best possible start in life. He spends most of his spare time with his young family and is currently channelling his sporting interests into coxing for one of the local coastal rowing crews.
