About Sophie

Having originally started her career in finance in a client facing role, Sophie pivoted into Compliance after her first couple of years, where she now has a decade of experience across the Private Banking and Fiduciary industries having worked for both large international, and locally owned firms.

Sophie is a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) having completed the ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention. She also has a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice lending well to her keen interest in the AML, CFT and CPF areas of Compliance and Risk.

Outside of Work

Sophie loves to travel having taken a year out to backpack round Asia and North America, she now often takes a break from the Guernsey winter to return to South-East Asia to enjoy the sunshine and warmth. At home she will often be found in the weights section of the gym and is a keen cook. A fan of both football and American football, she is always on the lookout for unique vintage sportwear whenever she sees a second hand/ charity shop.
