Shauna’s background of HR, Recruitment and Finance, helps her support the business strategy through a people-first approach. Having worked in both the UK and Guernsey, Shauna has successfully led projects focused on recruitment, performance management, wellbeing and organisational development, always with an eye on aligning People initiatives with overall company goals.
Shauna is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring seamless talent integration, and helping Oak thrive through effective people strategies.
Shauna holds her CIPD Level 5 diploma in People Management, a REC certificate in Recruitment Practice and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature and Language.
Outside of work
Shauna enjoys travelling to different countries and seeing new cultures, Southeast Asia being her favourite. When Shauna is not travelling, she enjoys socialising with friends, reading, and swimming in the ocean (when it's warm enough).
