About Patience

Patience joined Oak in September 2024 as Manager of the On/Off Boarding Team and brings with her over 30 years’ worth of experience in Trust & Company Administration.

Patience is experienced in managing complex client relationships and overseeing efficient administrative processes, and, as the Manager of the newly established On/Off Boarding team, a key responsibility for her includes continuously reviewing current processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. With a deep understanding of industry best practices, Patience and her team are dedicated to optimizing workflows and providing exceptional service to ensure smooth transitions for clients and their accounts.

Outside of work

Patience & her partner have recently completed a complete knock down and rebuild of their house so she is now looking forward to enjoying living there and being able to fill her time with other activities that she enjoys which include interior design and art and craft.  Patience is also a dedicated dog lover and shares the new family home with a Basset Hound named Beatrix and a black Labrador named Ellie
