Jen is an accomplished Executive Assistant with over fifteen years of experience in the financial services sector. She currently provides strategic support to Private Client Directors across all jurisdictions. Based in Guernsey, she also assists the local Private Client Directors, leveraging her expertise to support Private Wealth Managing Directors and their teams.

Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing complex schedules and travel arrangements to overseeing department needs and coordinating Directors’ requirements. Equipped with a CMI Level 3 certification in first-line management and possessing a "Yellow" personality type, Jen brings a positive, big-picture perspective to her work.

Her approachability, multitasking abilities, and unwavering dedication have earned her respect among colleagues and clients alike. With a strategic mindset, resourcefulness, and determination to "make it happen," she thrives in the fast-paced world of private wealth management, where she continues to make a meaningful impact through her professional support.

Outside of work

Jen is a passionate maritime enthusiast with a deep love for aquatic adventures. Her summers are often spent on boat trips, enjoying weekends at anchor around Herm, Sark, and Alderney with family, engaging in mackerel fishing, and hosting beach barbecues. She has lived aboard a 42-foot yacht and has experience sailing with a small crew between Guernsey, Ireland, France, and Spain, reflecting her strong connection to the sea and extensive maritime background.
