About Chris

Chris has extensive expertise working in banking, trust, and corporate services due to his 10 years of experience in these sectors prior to moving into Compliance in 2015. 

Chris joined Oak in 2018 as Compliance Manager and has since been promoted to Head of Compliance and acts as Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO for the Oak office in Jersey, as well as a number of Managed Trust Companies and Supervised Businesses.

Chris is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, a professional member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a Certificate from Manchester CF Financial Intelligence in Cryptoassets and Fundamental AML.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, he has a passion for music and cooking. Chris also enjoys reading, fishing, walking, watching rugby and football, and the carrying out odd spot of DIY (Chris was a qualified carpenter/joiner before moving into the finance sector).
