Anna Sauvarin

About Anna

Anna joined Oak in September 2024 as Chief People Officer. 

Prior to joining Oak, she spent over 20 years working for Specsavers Optical Group where she gained the majority of her HR experience working across multiple jurisdictions developing and delivering HR strategy.  

Whilst the majority of her career has been spent in HR, Anna has also benefited from working in a number of Commercial and Supply Chain operational roles over 7 years including leading the Frame Development team, working with 3rd party suppliers, and setting up a new operations and planning function in the role of Director of Sales and Operations to improve the efficiency of how products are bought, moved and stored across the world. 

The common themes across all her previous roles, whether that be on the HR or operations side,  have been developing talent, change management, organisational optimisation, relationship management, and international working. 

Outside of Work

Anna’s passions outside of work include spending time with her family and friends, traveling, netball, and good food and wine – you’ll often see her running around a netball court or umpiring/ coaching from the sidelines.
