Our Jersey office is looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator to join our Funds & Corporate team.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the administration of a portfolio of companies, fund structures, trusts and other entities as well as, preparing draft minutes and resolutions for entities under management and preparing payments on electronic banking systems and by written instruction when required.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. and a minimum 5 GCSE passes grade A-C to include English and Mathematics. Previous office experience is desired.
Support for study towards a relevant professional qualification will be fully supported along with on the job training.
