Our Mauritius office is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role is centred on delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Key responsibilities include first-line technical support across multiple channels, managing user accounts, maintaining system security, and documenting processes to enhance knowledge sharing and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with senior technical teams and partners to resolve complex issues, assisting with software implementation and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with company policies and evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate should bring over 3 years of experience in a Service Desk role, with advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 and a strong technical skill set. Exceptional communication, organizational abilities, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery are essential. A proactive mindset, flexibility, and a genuine passion for technology will enable success in this dynamic and evolving role.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel daily to the Oak office located at Cascavelle Business Park.
