Our team is recruiting a temporary M&A Communications Manager to join our growing business. This role can be located in either Guernsey or Jersey.
This role will be responsible for supporting our People & Culture and Commercial teams during a period of rapid growth through acquisitions. In this position you will provide expert communications counsel and execution support to ensure effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders, driving engagement, clarity, and positive sentiment throughout the M&A process.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing communications during M&A, corporate restructuring, or large-scale change management as well as demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and advise on strategic communication initiatives.
