Our Mauritius office is seeking a full time Office Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing front desk functions, office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative duties. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong multitasking skills who can work independently across various functions.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role or office management role. The jobseeker should also have a Higher School Certificate or equivalent and be excellent at IT skills including practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. The candidate should be fluent in both English and French and have excellent client and organizational focus.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel daily to the Oak office located at Cascavelle Business Park.
