Our Mauritius office is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to join the Technology team on a permanent basis.
This role focuses on supporting the Group Information Security Officer (GISO) in delivering Cyber Security solutions aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining certifications such as ISO 27001, working with internal and external partners to implement integrated security solutions, monitoring provider performance, and managing risks through reporting and analysis.
The role also involves testing and recommending new security solutions, delivering training and awareness programs, monitoring networks for vulnerabilities, and responding to cyber incidents with a focus on crisis management and remediation.
Key qualifications include a degree or certification in Cyber Security/Information Security, with progression toward industry-recognized qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM). The ideal candidate should have over two years of experience, a solid understanding of Cyber Security solutions, IT infrastructure, and vulnerability mitigation. Strong communication, risk management experience, and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) are a plus.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel daily to the Oak office located at Cascavelle Business Park.
