Our People & Culture team are looking for a temporary People & Culture Business Partner to work within a generalist role which encompasses all aspects of the employee life cycle as well as supporting with some interesting project work as the business prepares for growth.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and guidance to People Managers on all aspects of employee relations, review global policies and processes for improvements, provide advice and guidance to employees on policies and procedures as well as assisting with payroll as required.
The successful candidate will be a HR practitioner with previous HR experience as well as having knowledge of local employment laws and regulations with the ability to actively listen and assist with problem solving.
