Jon Donald and Stephen Prosser bring extensive experience and expertise to their roles in the private client and funds & corporate teams respectively.
Joining Oak as Director, Trust & Corporate, Jon will further strengthen the Private Client team to offer further director-level support. Jon has nearly two decades of experience delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. In his previous role, Jon was the key client relationship director for high-net-worth families and trustees. In addition, he has experience overseeing strategic objectives, corporate governance, and risk framework policies for both the business and client boards.
Stephen has joined as Associate Director, Funds & Corporate where he will contribute to the expansion of Oak's fund team. Stephen brings more than 15 years of expertise in the financial services sector with a wealth of knowledge on debt structures and private equity. Additionally, Stephen previously provided accounting, reporting and administration services for a range of fund and Special-Purpose Vehicle (SPV) structures across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
