Oak was pleased to sponsor the award for compliance at this year's Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards.
This was the third year for the event, which celebrates young talent between the ages of 16 and 30 from Jersey's financial services business in order to recognise its future leaders.
Jersey Finance's Chief Executive Officer, Joe Moynihan, highlighted the positive role that Jersey's young professionals play in the industry, the workplace, and the community, and emphasised the importance of supporting young local talent in order to maintain a sustainable and resilient workforce on the island.
There were 150 nominations for young professionals, of which 42 were shortlisted, and over 50,000 votes were cast by the general public.
Catherine Buxton received the award for compliance, which was delivered by our own Graeme Paton, Director of Corporate and Fund Services.
Graeme said, "Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees, the rising stars who could become the future leaders of our finance industry".
