In his new role, Zoubeir will lead Oak's operations in Mauritius, further strengthening the leadership team across the group. He has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on fund administration, business development and client relationship management. Zoubeir will be responsible for driving the growth strategy and enhancing the service delivery to Oak's existing and prospective clients in Mauritius and Africa.
Prior to joining Oak, Zoubeir led the Business Development unit for Apex in Mauritius and Africa, where he was trusted to spearhead the sales strategy. Before this, he was the Director of Apex's Centre of Excellence where he oversaw the execution of an operating model that would guarantee delivery according to clients' SLAs. In addition, he has worked with leading global service providers and multinational clients across various jurisdictions and asset classes.
As Zoubeir joins, Oak will be bidding farewell to Paul Schreibke as he approaches retirement. Paul joined Oak’s Guernsey office as Managing Director in September 2019, and later moved to manage Oak’s Mauritius office three years later. Paul has been instrumental in establishing and expanding our Oak footprint.
