27 March 2025 Oak Group celebrates 12 promotions across its global offices

Oak Group, a leading fiduciary, corporate, and fund administration business, is proud to announce the promotion of 12 colleagues across its offices in Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Mauritius, recognising exceptional talent, dedication, and contribution to the business.

Oak Group promotions 2025

These promotions span a variety of service lines, and they reflect not only the individual achievements of Oak's team members but also the organisation’s long-term commitment to professional growth and development.

This announcement comes in the wake of Oak’s transition to private ownership under Opera, created to build a portfolio of world-class financial services businesses and actively shape the future of the industry. At the heart of this transformation is Project Overture, Opera’s five-year strategic plan focused on sustainable growth, innovation, continued investment in its people, and fostering a forward-thinking culture to deliver unparalleled value for clients and intermediaries.

Kim Sgarlata, Group CEO, commented:

“These promotions represent much more than career milestones—they’re markers of the ambition, energy, and excellence that power Oak’s journey. As we continue to evolve under private ownership, our people remain at the heart of everything we do. Project Overture is our blueprint for the future, and these individuals will help lead the way. Congratulations to each of them on these well-deserved promotions and thank you to all our colleagues whose dedication drives our success every day.”

Anna Sauvarin, Chief People Officer, added:

“At Oak, we believe in recruiting for attitude and developing for skill. These promotions reflect our people-first culture and the depth of talent across our jurisdictions. Through our Oak 8 values and a refreshed people strategy, we’re building a working environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and bring their true selves to work. Congratulations to all those recognised—we’re proud to be part of your career story.”

He has shown aptitude for leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and now assumes oversight of the Mauritius accounts team while continuing to enhance client service standards.

Aligned with the company’s transformative vision, the group has introduced Opera Options, a long-term incentive plan (LTIP) that gives all employees a stake in the group’s future growth. By ensuring that success is shared across its talented team, it is reinforcing its position as an employer of choice in every market it operates in.
