08 October 2024 Anna Sauvarin joins Oak Group as Chief People Officer

Oak Group, a leading provider of funds, corporate and private client services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Sauvarin (née Trump) as its new Chief People Officer.

Based in Guernsey, Anna will head Oak’s People & Culture team, playing a pivotal role in driving the group’s strategic growth and development across its four jurisdictions

With more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and commercial roles, Anna brings a wealth of expertise in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. In her new role, she will be responsible for refreshing Oak’s people strategy, enhancing the employee value proposition, and have responsibility for learning and development, performance management, and reward and recognition. Additionally, Anna will support any of Oak’s inorganic growth, ensuring smooth integration of new businesses into the group.
