Valerie Goodwin

Val has more than thirty years of experience in offshore fund administration and has extensive knowledge of Oak Group. ​

Val has led a number of administration teams, such as Butterfield fund Managers' company secretarial team and services to portfolios of listed and unlisted investment fund structures, and similarly with Vistra Guernsey beginning in 2010. After joining Oak in 2019, she became accountable for the primary corporate secretarial responsibilities of the Oak group's parent company and its licenced subsidiaries. ​

Outside of Oak​

Val can be found walking her dogs and spending time in her garden. She is also a devoted community fundraiser who raises money for cancer research and enjoys taking part in local environmental events. ​
