Shauna Gallienne

Shauna has over four years of experience in human resources and recruitment in both Guernsey and the United Kingdom, being involved in projects that have a direct impact on our colleagues across the Group such as wellbeing, teambuilding and charity involvement. ​

Prior to joining Oak in 2021, Shauna spent six years in private banking. In September of 2022, Shauna was promoted to Senior Administrator, People & Culture. ​

She ensures to provide a positive experience for new colleagues being well versed in organisational performance and culture in practice, employment relationship management, talent management and inclusion and diversity.​

Shauna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English Literature and Language and CIPD Level 5 diploma in People Management. ​

Outside of Work​

Shauna enjoys travelling to different countries and seeing new cultures, Southeast Asia being her favourite. When Shauna is not travelling, she enjoys socialising with friends, reading, and swimming in the ocean (when it's warm enough)​
