Sarah Earles

Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in fund administration. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge in private equity and venture capital fund administration having worked on a variety of regulated, unregulated and listed Jersey, Guernsey and UK domiciled fund structures across a variety of different asset classes including information technology, life sciences, real estate and renewable energy infrastructure.

Sarah joined Oak in July 2021 as an Associate Director in the Funds and Corporate team and is responsible for a number of client relationships and oversees the delivery of fund administration services including structure administration, company secretarial, client on-boarding and corporate governance. Sarah also sits on boards for Oak clients.

Sarah holds a BA(Hons) degree in History of Art from the University of Sussex and is a qualified Company Secretary having completed the ICSA Chartered Secretary Qualifying Scheme.

Outside of Oak ​

​Sarah is the Treasurer of a local charity supporting Jersey residents and actively participates in their local fundraising and awareness activities.

Sarah is also a keen athlete being Vice Chair of the Jersey Rowing Club and captain of a local women’s coastal rowing team who are the current coastal British Champions. Sarah has also represented the island at the 2023 Home International Rowing Beach Sprint Regatta and 2022 Commonwealth Rowing Association’s Beach Sprint Championships in Namibia. Sarah is also the manager of Jersey’s beach sprint rowing team which is sponsored by Oak.
