Rebecca serves as a key Individual for a number of private equity and venture capital funds and brings over 15 years of compliance experience.
Rebecca is a member of the International Compliance Association ("ICA") and gained the ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and the ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance. Rebecca also qualified with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Education Studies from the University of Exeter.
She holds all Key Person positions for Oak-administered Fund entities, including regulated entities, Jersey Private Fund and Unregulated Fund structures.
Outside of work
Rebecca is a keen recycler and enjoys spending time getting out and about in the beautiful countryside and beaches with her dog and children.
