Neil Papworth

Neil joined Oak Trust Guernsey after relocating to the island in 2011 and spent 4 years working in the Risk and Compliance Team.

He left Oak for a few years to broaden his experience with other local service providers and returned to Oak in 2018 as the Risk and Compliance Manager in Guernsey. Since then he's been worked closely with the Group as a whole and has gained a range of experience in the compliance sphere.

Over the years he has been able to expand his knowledge by earning his STEP Diploma and two ICA diplomas.​

In 2003, Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Loughborough University. ​

Outside of Work

Neil is a keen recreational runner when he's not working and can be found pounding the lanes of Guernsey or supporting his wife and daughter with their equestrian pursuits.
