Giles Le Sueur

With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry covering a variety of client structures, Giles is an Associate Director within Oak’s Funds & Corporate Team and sits on the boards of Oak’s subsidiary companies and several regulated client companies. Giles has been involved in the provision of administration, company secretarial and accounting services to a wide range of vehicles encompassing regulated and unregulated funds, corporate structures and real estate holdings for clients ranging from boutique investment managers to listed companies, covering sectors from natural resources to renewable energy technology to real estate. ​​

Over the course of his extensive career in financial services, Giles has become proficient in assisting firms to list on the London Stock Exchange, AIM, and NEX (now Aquis) as well as companies redomiciling to Jersey. ​​

Outside of work​​

Giles is a qualified private pilot, but spends most of his spare time with his young family and their dogs. When Giles isn’t acting as Dad’s taxi, he can be found poolside, volunteering as treasurer of Jersey Swimming Club as well as acting as Vice President of The Jersey Amateur Swimming Association. He also officiates (and often disqualifies) his own children, who are competitive swimmers, at local and inter-island swim meets. ​
