Dwayne Mahrer

Dwayne has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and fund administration industry and has served on the boards of several licensed investment management companies and real estate related corporate services vehicles.​

At Oak, Dwayne is in charge of leading the Administration and Payments team, his previous position compromised of London listed Debt and Private Equity companies and real estate related structures.​

Dwayne has also been actively involved in the implementation of processes surrounding AIFMD, the Guernsey Economic Substance Rules and FATCA/CRS reporting. ​

Outside of Oak​

Dwayne is a Scuba Diving Instructor and Emergency First Response Instructor who plays an active part in PADI’s Project Aware Ocean Conversation programme which involves teaching divers and non-divers about protecting our seas and oceans and leading dives to clean dive sites of unwanted waste. ​
