Carmel O'Shea

Carmel has over 24 years' experience within the financial services industry in Jersey and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of client accounting. ​

She previously worked for bank, independent and private equity owned trust companies. Her extensive knowledge in client accounting ranges from preparing and reviewing financial statements to outsourcing and system migrations. Prior to joining Oak, Carmel led the accounting function of the Jersey division of an international trust company. Carmel joined Oak in June 2020 as an Associate Director within the Finance team with her principal area of expertise focusing on providing accounting services to an international private client base including trusts and companies. ​

Carmel holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). ​

Outside of work​

Carmel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as travelling frequently to experience new cultures.​
