Burford Capital, the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, has successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”).

Oak Fund Services (formerly International Administration Group) has been the company secretary and administrator of Burford Capital since its IPO on AIM in 2009. Mark Woodall, managing director of Oak Fund Services said: “This is a proud moment for both Oak and Burford. We have a longstanding relationship with the team at Burford since the successful completion of its IPO and admission of its 80 million ordinary shares to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2009. We congratulate them on this important milestone and look forward to continuing our partnership.”

Burford’s listing is proof that the company is a gold standard firm that is open and transparent about its operations. For Oak, this achievement demonstrates the credibility of our highly skilled team and strengthens our position as a leading fund administrator with an ambition to grow our business in parallel with the growth of our clients.
