December 15, 2021 Oak Announces Senior Promotions
Oak has announced a series of senior internal promotions to drive growth and development
Catherine Pigeon, Oak’s Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Oak Group. Catherine has played a critical role in developing the group risk and compliance framework and her appointment to the Board recognises this.
John Doublard is being promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The technology team across the Group will now report to John and he will be responsible for driving a major technology transformation project across the Group.
We are delighted to announce these well-deserved appointments and promotions. Oak is at a critical juncture in its growth strategy and these new roles will certainly help the Board and senior management team to deliver on our exciting transformation plans. Catherine and John bring immense experience and insight to their new positions and are also members of the Oak Group Executive Committee.
