Trainee Administrator, Client ServicesJersey January 11, 2022

Our Jersey office are looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator to join their busy Client Services team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and other entities ensuring that the affairs of the clients are managed in accordance with the relevant laws and the standard of client services set by the firm, in liaison with the relevant Assistant Manager and Client Director.

Candidates must have a good working knowledge of Outlook, and Microsoft Word and Excel, a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at A - C / 9 – 6, to include English and Mathematics, as well as a willingness to work towards gaining a relevant industry recognised qualification.  Good organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative is essential.

Exposure to an office environment and a basic understanding of AML and Corporate & Trust structures would be advantageous.
