Oak Mauritius are looking for a Support Administrator, to assist with the day-to-day administration of portfolio of client companies & trust structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and on-going maintenance of client bank accounts
  • processing of payments
  • organisation and maintenance of client files
  • CDD reviews
  • Assisting with the preparation of document packs for client/board meetings

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree and have some previous administration experience. We are looking for someone with great written and verbal communication skills, good time management skills and the willingness to work as part of team.

Please note that the successful candidate would be expected to travel to our office in Black River.
