We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst based in Mauritius to join our busy multi-jurisdictional Technology team. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and ideally some experience within the Financial Service sector.
The purpose of the role is to establish and develop internal client relationships and build on the well-established reputation of Oak’s Technology function. The post holder will provide first line technical support for all Oak system users and work individually and collaboratively within the team, across the business in all jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Helpdesk/Technology role, have a Higher Education Certificate (or equivalent) and be able to communicate effectively, building strong professional relationships across Oak.
Please note, this role will require the successful candidate to work predominantly within the Oak office located in Black River.
