Senior Administrator - TrustMauritius January 22, 2021

Oak Mauritius are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator who will assist in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client companies and trust structures.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Trust Administrator role or similar
  • Holds or is open to undertaking a relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP
  • Good IT skills, including practical experience of Microsoft products
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates drive, ambition & willingness to learn
  • Applies a flexible attitude to working hours and team needs

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration for a portfolio of entities including
  • Assisting the accounts and bookkeeping team with any queries
  • Maintaining and building good relationships with clients and intermediaries
  • Assisting with client on-boarding for new and transferring in business Maintaining and updating
  • Client Profiles and Risk Assessments Obtaining client due diligence where necessary
