Senior Administrator - Compliance Mauritius January 22, 2021

Oak Mauritius are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator who will assist the Compliance Officer with all aspects of the day to day Compliance duties.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience Good written & verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to work & the ability to work under own initiative
  • Positive attitude with problem solving ability
  • Good time management, prioritisation and organisational skills Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day Compliance queries
  • Providing advice to the business on Compliance matters
  • Updating, monitoring and maintenance of appropriate Compliance control registers
  • Conducting advanced screening & providing guidance on enhanced due diligence measures
  • Contributing to the implementation, maintenance and delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Acting as Compliance Signatory and assisting in transaction monitoring
