Michael Lam Hun Chong

Michael has over 15 years of experience working in the financial services sector in Mauritius.​

Having spent 2 of years in business development and 13 years in the compliance department, he specialises in risk management, including risk mitigation with regards to various legal regimes (e.g. AML/CFT and data protection). His duties at Oak Mauritius are primarily to ensure compliance with the AML/CFT legal regime.​

​Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws​.

Outside of work​

Michael is an avid cinephile when he is not working, but he also enjoys activities such as jogging, hiking, and badminton, with the beach being his favourite place to unwind.
