Lisa has more than 20 years of experience working in the field of HR and has acquired extensive knowledge in a variety of areas, including talent management, employee engagement, and enrichment / development.​

Lisa joined Oak in September 2020, and in September 2022, she was promoted to Senior Manager, People & Culture.​​

Outside of Work

Lisa enjoys the simple pleasures that Guernsey Life has to offer and is frequently seen strolling along the coast or swimming in the sea.​
