Hannah has over 12 years’ experience in offshore fund administration and specialises in corporate secretarial practice.
Hannah joined Oak in 2022, passionate about all things corporate governance. She has provided corporate secretarial services to a range of private and listed entities with a focus on the real estate and private equity sectors. Additionally, Hannah has served as a director on various client boards.
Hannah holds a Diploma in Offshore Finance Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI, formerly ICSA) and was awarded multiple student excellence awards during the completion her studies, including the “One to Watch” award in 2017. Hannah is currently completing the CGI’s Chartered Secretary Qualifying Scheme (CSQS).
Outside of Oak
When she does not have her hands full as a busy mum of two young children, Hannah loves catching up with friends or curling up with a good book (and the odd glass of wine!)
