Belinda Ridout

Belinda has over 14 years of experience in private equity working across multiple complex fund structures.

Belinda has considerable expertise creating suitable processes and procedures to improve delivery of services, training team members, and managing the onboarding of new clients during fund migrations and launches. She has also served on numerous regulated GP Boards for Venture Capital and Buy-Out Funds.

In August 2008, she relocated to Guernsey where she provided accounting and administration services to a number of significant private equity clients. Prior to this, she managed an accounting team at an AIM-listed infrastructure services company, where she oversaw the accounting for all their central services and support functions and reported directly to the board. In her previous roles, she also led and oversaw the growth of a client relationship team.

Belinda has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Law from the University of East Anglia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (chartered accountant).

Outside of Work

Belinda enjoys spending time with her two children, whisking them away to the United Kingdom or further abroad for exciting getaways. When she's back in Guernsey, Belinda is an avid home cook who enjoys experimenting with different recipes for her family and friends.
